VidvanTalk is a technology platform that connects users with professionals, experts, and listeners from various fields, including but not limited to:
Doctors
Advocates
Human Resource Professionals
Software Developers
Career Mentors
Business Consultants
Teachers
Subject Matter Experts
Industry Professionals
VidvanTalk acts solely as a platform that facilitates communication between users and professionals.
To use VidvanTalk, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age, or
Have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities conducted through your account
Keeping your account information accurate and updated
VidvanTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
VidvanTalk operates on a prepaid wallet and recharge model.
Users may add funds to their wallet and use available balance to access paid sessions, consultations, chats, voice calls, video calls, or other services offered through the Platform.
Wallet balances are non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you agree that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All payment information provided is accurate.
Transaction fees, taxes, and charges may apply where required.
VidvanTalk does not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
Recharge amounts added to the wallet are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in circumstances such as:
Duplicate transactions
Technical failures resulting in unsuccessful service delivery
Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation
Cases required under applicable law
VidvanTalk reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Professionals available on VidvanTalk provide opinions, information, guidance, discussions, and consultation based on their personal knowledge, qualifications, and experience.
VidvanTalk does not guarantee:
Accuracy of advice
Completeness of information
Professional outcomes
Suitability of recommendations
Results from consultations
Users should exercise independent judgment before making any legal, medical, financial, educational, business, career, or personal decisions.
Use of VidvanTalk does not automatically establish:
Doctor-Patient Relationships
Attorney-Client Relationships
Employer-Employee Relationships
Consultant-Client Relationships
Fiduciary Relationships
Any such relationship, if applicable, exists solely between the user and the professional and not with VidvanTalk.
Users agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others
Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Upload harmful software or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Use the Platform for illegal activities
Record, distribute, or publish private conversations without proper authorization
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
Professionals using VidvanTalk agree to:
Provide truthful profile information
Maintain professional behavior
Avoid misleading claims
Comply with applicable laws and professional standards
Respect user privacy and confidentiality
VidvanTalk reserves the right to suspend or remove professionals who violate these requirements.
VidvanTalk may offer:
Text Chat
Voice Calls
Video Calls
Messaging
Other communication features
Session quality may depend on internet connectivity, device performance, and third-party service availability.
VidvanTalk does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of communication services.
VidvanTalk may verify professional credentials through documentation, licenses, certifications, work experience records, identity verification, or other methods.
However, VidvanTalk does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, or ongoing status of any professional credentials.
Users should perform their own due diligence before relying on any professional advice.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, and materials associated with VidvanTalk are owned by or licensed to VidvanTalk.
Users may not:
Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reverse engineer
Reproduce
Commercially exploit
any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
Your use of VidvanTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
VidvanTalk may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform if:

Payment disputes occur

Disputes between users and professionals
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment providers, analytics services, communication providers, and cloud infrastructure providers.
VidvanTalk is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.
VidvanTalk reserves the right to:

Update pricing
Change platform functionality
Discontinue portions of the service

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
